Job summary

EmergencyMD is seeking dependable Commercial Construction Rough & Final Cleaners for full-time roles in Denver, CO. Pay is $18.00–$19.00 per hour with a Monday–Friday schedule from 7:00 AM to 3:30 PM and optional overtime on projects.

You will remove debris, sweep, vacuum, clean windows, polish fixtures, sanitize restrooms, and prepare spaces for inspections and turnover. Requirements: 6 months of commercial cleaning experience, reliable transportation, ability to lift 50 lb, and ability to work

Qualifications

• Minimum 6 months of commercial construction cleaning experience.
• Must have reliable transportation to travel to job sites.
• Must be dependable, punctual, and maintain excellent attendance.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and perform physically demanding tasks.

Responsibilities

• Remove construction debris, sweep, vacuum, dust, clean windows, wipe surfaces and polish fixtures.
• Sanitize restrooms and ensure spaces meet quality standards for inspections and turnover.
• Assist in preparing spaces for occupancy and final turnover as required.
