EmergencyMD in Colorado Springs seeks a Commercial Construction Rough & Final Cleaner to join our team on a full-time basis. Schedule is Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM–3:30 PM, with optional overtime depending on project needs.

You will prepare commercial sites for inspections and turnover, remove debris, clean spaces, and ensure move-in ready conditions on a variety of construction projects. Background checks apply for government-site work.

Qualifications

• Must have at least 6 months of commercial construction cleaning experience.
• Must have reliable transportation to travel to job sites.
• Dependable, punctual and with excellent attendance.
• Open availability for scheduled hours and overtime.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and perform physically demanding tasks.
• Ability to work independently or in a team while following safety regulations.

Pay: $18.00-$19.00 per hour
Schedule: Monday-Friday | 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM

We are currently seeking dependable and hardworking Commercial Construction Rough & Final Cleaners to join our growing team. As a Rough & Final Cleaner, you will play an important role in preparing commercial construction projects for inspections, occupancy, and final turnover. Duties include removing construction debris, sweeping, vacuuming, dusting, cleaning windows, wiping down surfaces, polishing fixtures, sanitizing restrooms, and ensuring completed spaces meet quality standards. Rough cleaning involves clearing heavy debris and preparing work areas, while final cleaning focuses on delivering a spotless, move-in-ready environment.

Qualifications:

• Minimum 6 months of commercial construction cleaning experience required.
• Must have reliable transportation to travel to various job sites.
• Must be dependable, punctual, and maintain excellent attendance.
• Open availability to work scheduled hours and optional overtime when projects require.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and perform physically demanding tasks, including bending, kneeling, climbing stairs, and standing for extended periods.
• Must be able to work independently as well as part of a team while following all job site safety regulations.
• Must have a strong attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality work.
