HITT Contracting in Baltimore, MD is seeking a Commercial Construction Assistant Project Manager – Industrial. The APM will assist in delivering projects on time and within budget, supporting the project team from pre-construction through closeout, and advancing toward growth opportunities within the firm.
You will help manage budgets, schedules, RFIs, submittals and change orders, collaborate with superintendents and clients, and uphold HITT's safety standards.

Job Description:
An Assistant Project Manager (APM) obtains, evaluates, coordinates and distributes the information and authorizations necessary to construct projects on time, within budget and to the quality specified. The APM is responsible to protect and promote the interest of both the business and client in all matters as well as demonstrate the personal characteristics of a beginner-level leader. While learning paths, growth and promotional opportunity vary, most team members are APMs for two to six years.

In accordance with Virginia Senate Bill 215 (SB 215), the base salary range for this position is:
$77,000.00 - $110,000.00
Compensation in other cities and states may vary.
