HITT Contracting is seeking an Industrial Commercial Construction Assistant Project Manager to obtain, evaluate, coordinate, and distribute information for on-time, on-budget project delivery. The APM supports project leaders, promotes quality, and grows toward leadership roles on construction sites.
The role emphasizes safety, accurate documentation, budget oversight, RFP development, and effective communication with stakeholders to drive successful project execution.

An Assistant Project Manager (APM) obtains, evaluates, coordinates and distributes the information and authorizations necessary to construct projects on time, within budget and to the quality specified. The APM is responsible to protect and promote the interest of both the business and client in all matters as well as demonstrate the personal characteristics of a beginner-level leader. While learning paths, growth and promotional opportunity vary, most team members are APMs for two to six years.
In accordance with Virginia Senate Bill 215 (SB 215), the base salary range for this position is: $77,000.00 - $110,000.00
