Qualifications

• Minimum four years' experience in the construction industry as foreman or assistant superintendent.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day work of crafts and subcontractors.
• Maintain communication with engineering and quality control.
• Assist in resolving construction problems as needed.
• Develop and implement short term schedules.
