Qualifications

• 2–5 years’ experience in commercial construction.
• Previous experience on commercial job sites strongly preferred.
• Passion for construction and industry; ability to recognize and seek quality.
• Ability to master sector/project-specific software systems including MS Office, ProCore, Adobe, BlueBeam, JD Edwards.

Responsabilités

• Maintain adherence to safety standards.
• Assist in creating and managing project budget for all assigned projects.
• Develop pre-construction RFP packages and assist in meetings.
• Update project schedule and ensure quality control across the project.
• Collaborate with the project superintendent and site operations team through the life of the project.
