WEX is seeking a Recovery Agent in Maine to manage a portfolio of moderately complex, past-due business accounts. You will use standard collection techniques to secure payments, educate customers on terms, and maintain relationships.

This role emphasizes accuracy, compliance, and timely resolution within defined guidelines. Ideal candidates have 2-3 years in high-volume B2B collections, strong negotiation skills, and proficiency with enterprise software.

Competenze

• 2-3 years of direct experience in high-volume B2B or commercial collections.
• Knowledge of FDCPA or similar compliance frameworks.
• Proficient with standard software platforms and enterprise applications.
• Excellent communication, listening, and negotiation skills.

Mansioni

• Manage daily inbound and outbound communication with delinquent commercial customers to cure past-due debt.
• Educate customers on account terms and resolve complex balances.
• Monitor shared inboxes and resolve payment inquiries promptly.
• Negotiate payment arrangements and promises-to-pay within guidelines.
• Document all touchpoints in the core collections system.
• Identify and route billing errors or disputes to relevant departments.
• Adhere to FDCPA and company credit policies.
