Responsibilities

• Assist in managing client requests, facilitating account operations, and ensuring accuracy and completion of documentation and transactions.
• Liaise between clients, associates, and internal partners to deliver a seamless client experience and support growth initiatives.
• Assist with opening new accounts and ensure complete, accurate documentation is obtained from clients.
• Provide loan support and coordinate relationship reviews for portfolios.
• Identify cross-selling opportunities and recommend bank products that align with clients' needs.
