Job summary

ServiceMaster TBS is seeking a custodian to join our Michigan team and follow the division's cleaning schedules in commercial facilities. You will perform duties such as trash removal, dusting, glass cleaning, restroom sanitation, and floor care.

On-the-job training is provided for those with a strong work ethic. The role emphasizes punctuality, adherence to hours, teamwork, safety, and uniform compliance, with up to 25 lbs lifting capability.

Responsibilities

• Emptying trash
• Dusting all furniture, including desks, chairs, and tables
• Dusting all exposed surfaces, including window sills, ledges, moldings, etc.
• Cleaning all glass and mirrors
• Cleaning and sanitizing restrooms using ServiceMaster products, tools and procedures
• Vacuuming and mopping floors
• Weekly detailed cleaning
• Using PPE where required
