Job summary

ServiceMaster Brands is seeking a dependable janitorial associate to perform standard cleaning tasks across client locations in Michigan. Responsibilities include trash removal, dusting desks and surfaces, cleaning restrooms, and floor care.

Must wear the required uniform, follow safety procedures, and comply with client requests while maintaining a positive coworker relationship. On-site role with on-the-job training offered to capable individuals.

Qualifications

• Must be punctual and arrive to work location at scheduled time.
• Ability to lift and carry up to 25 lbs.
• Comfortable standing, walking, pushing, stooping, kneeling, crouching.
• Willing to wear a proper uniform and follow safety procedures.

Responsibilities

• Emptying trash and dusting all furniture and surfaces.
• Dusting exposed surfaces, windowsills, moldings, etc.
• Cleaning glass and mirrors; sanitizing restrooms with company products.
• Vacuuming and mopping floors; weekly detailed cleaning.
• Follow client requests and maintain positive coworker relations.
