Job summary

ServiceMaster TBS Division seeks a dependable janitorial staff member for on-site cleaning in Webberville, MI. You will follow commercial cleaning schedules and perform tasks such as trash removal, dusting, glass cleaning, restroom sanitation, and floor care.

On-the-job training is provided. The role requires punctuality, ability to work within scheduled hours, wearing the uniform, and safe handling of cleaning products.

Qualifications

• Must arrive to work location at scheduled time.
• Must work within allotted hours.
• Must wear proper uniform at all times.
• Must be able to lift and carry up to 25lbs.
• Must differentiate between cleaning products and uses.

Responsibilities

• Emptying trash
• Dusting all furniture, including desks, chairs, and tables
• Dusting all exposed surfaces, including window sills, ledges, moldings, etc.
• Cleaning all glass and mirrors
• Cleaning and sanitizing restrooms using ServiceMaster products, tools and procedures
• Vacuuming and mopping floors
• Weekly detailed cleaning
• Using PPE where required
