Job summary

ServiceMaster Brands is seeking a diligent cleaner to perform standard janitorial duties at client locations. Responsibilities include trash removal, dusting furniture and surfaces, glass cleaning, restroom sanitization, and floor care. Employees will follow weekly schedules and wear required PPE.

Candidates should be punctual, respectful, and capable of lifting up to 25 lbs. On-the-job training is available for those with a strong work ethic and a willingness to learn.

Qualifications

• Must arrive to work location at scheduled time.
• Must work within allotted hours.
• Must complete any special request made by client.
• Must comply with all company policies and procedures.
• Must have respect and understanding for co-workers and customers.
• Must contribute to a positive work climate with a pleasant attitude.
• Must wear proper uniform at all times.
• Must be able to differentiate between cleaning products and uses.
• Must be able to lift and carry up to 25lbs.

Responsibilities

• Emptying trash
• Dusting all furniture, including desks, chairs, and tables
• Dusting all exposed surfaces, including window sills, ledges, moldings, etc.
• Cleaning all glass and mirrors
• Cleaning and sanitizing restrooms using appropriate products
• Vacuuming and mopping floors
• Following weekly detailed cleaning schedules
• Wearing PPE as required
• On-the-job training provided for those with strong work ethic
