Job summary

Ecobrite Services, LLC seeks a Housekeeping Janitor to perform building cleaning and maintenance tasks. The role demands organization, reliability, and the ability to manage multiple duties under supervision. You will help establish cleaning schedules and daily timetables with management.

Applicants must be 18+ and able to clear federal and DMV background checks; openings include full-time and part-time shifts with various day/evening hours and benefits as listed.

Qualifications

• High school diploma preferred.
• Previous experience in commercial or institutional cleaning is a plus.
• Must be able to clear federal and DMV background checks.

Responsibilities

• General Cleaning: sweep, mop, and vacuum floors; empty waste receptacles; sanitize surfaces; dust furniture; clean windows; sanitize restrooms; restock supplies.
• Floor Maintenance: strip, wax, buff hard floors; shampoo carpets; remove stains and spills.
• Specialized Cleaning: follow cleaning protocols for sensitive areas; sanitize high-touch surfaces; use appropriate cleaning agents; operate floor scrubbers and carpet extractors.
• Safety and Compliance: follow policies and trainings; adhere to safety guidelines; know security and confidentiality policies; report maintenance needs.
