ECOBRITE SERVICES LLC is seeking a part-time Housekeeping Janitor to support building cleaning and maintenance. You will coordinate with management to follow a cleaning schedule and daily timetable, ensuring tasks are completed efficiently.

Candidates should be 18+, able to clear federal and DMV background checks, and possess solid cleaning knowledge with physical endurance to handle routine duties and shifts.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Prior commercial or institutional cleaning experience is an asset.
• Ability to follow instructions and work independently.

Responsibilities

• General cleaning: sweep, mop, vacuum; sanitize surfaces; restrooms upkeep; trash disposal.
• Floor maintenance: strip, wax, buff floors; shampoo carpets; remove stains.
• Specialized cleaning: sanitize high-touch surfaces and sensitive areas; operate cleaning equipment.
