Job summary

Ecobrite Services, LLC is seeking a part-time Housekeeping Janitor to perform building cleaning and maintenance duties. The role requires individuals to be highly organized and capable of handling multiple tasks while following a set cleaning schedule.

Responsibilities include general cleaning, floor maintenance, specialized cleaning, and strict adherence to safety and compliance policies. Evening shifts are available and a background check is required.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• General Cleaning: Sweep, mop, and vacuum floors; empty waste; clean and sanitize surfaces; dust furniture; polish windows and fixtures; maintain restrooms.
• Floor Maintenance: Strip, wax, buff floors; shampoo carpets; remove stains.
• Specialized Cleaning: Follow protocols for sensitive areas; sanitize high-touch surfaces; use appropriate cleaning agents; operate floor scrubbers and carpet extractors.
• Safety and Compliance: Adhere to safety guidelines and trainings; report maintenance needs; comply with security and confidentiality policies.
