CBRE Government & Defense Services is seeking a Commercial Cleaner to maintain cleanliness in designated areas of the facility. Responsibilities include mopping, sweeping, trash disposal, stocking supplies, and cleaning windows and restrooms.

The role requires at least a high school diploma and 2 years of related experience; physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in a fast-paced environment. Benefits may be offered.

Formación

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Minimum of 2 years of job-related experience preferred.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physically demanding cleaning tasks.

Responsabilidades

• Provide daily cleaning support to high-traffic areas designated by supervisor.
• Stock bathrooms with toilet paper, paper towels, Kleenex, and soap.
• Sweep, vacuum, wipe, and mop storage areas, hallways, restrooms, elevators, etc.
• Dust furniture, walls, and equipment; move and rearrange furniture as needed.
• Clean windows, glass partitions, and mirrors; use cleaners, sponges, and squeegees.
• Follow safety procedures for chemical cleaners and power equipment.
