Job summary

CBRE Government and Defense is seeking a part-time Commercial Cleaner to perform basic cleaning duties in high-traffic areas. Responsibilities include mopping, sweeping, trash disposal, and stocking restrooms.

You will follow standardized cleaning processes and safety procedures while maintaining a clean, safe environment. Preferred candidates hold a high school diploma and have at least 2 years of related cleaning experience.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years of related cleaning experience required.

Responsibilities

• Provide daily cleaning support to high-traffic areas as designated by the supervisor.
• Stock bathrooms with toilet paper, paper towels, Kleenex, and soap.
• Sweep, vacuum, wipe, and mop storage units, hallways and restrooms.
• Dust furniture, walls, and equipment; move and rearrange furniture as needed.
• Clean windows, glass partitions, and mirrors; use cleaners, sponges, and squeegees.
• Ensure cleaning supplies are stored safely and securely at all times.
• Follow standardized cleaning processes per company standards and safety procedures.
• Attend required staff meetings and training sessions.
• Follow basic work routines and apply established procedures to routine tasks.
