Clean Team, Inc. is hiring a part-time evening industrial cleaner to support sanitation and janitorial services in an industrial facility located in St. Marys, OH.

The role focuses on maintaining a clean, safe, and sanitary environment for management, staff, and visitors. Training is provided and procedures and safety standards are followed diligently. The position offers a consistent weekday schedule with paid training and opportunities for advancement, plus a referral bonus and long-term

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Valid driver’s license required.
• Reliable transportation with current auto insurance.
• Ability to work independently and stay productive during scheduled hours.
• Strong attendance and attention to detail.
• Comfortable working in a medical or clinical environment.
• Cleaning experience is helpful but not required; training provided.
• Ability to remain on feet and perform routine physical tasks.

Responsibilities

• Clean and disinfect breakrooms, offices, restrooms, and common areas
• Sanitize restrooms following cleaning standards
• Sweep, mop, and vacuum floors to maintain safe walking surfaces
• Remove trash and replace liners in designated areas
• Refill soap, paper products, and sanitation supplies
• Wipe high-touch surfaces such as door handles, switches, and counters
• Clean mirrors, glass, and visible surfaces
• Follow safety procedures and chemical handling guidelines
• Use cleaning equipment properly and report maintenance issues
• Notify supervisors of supply shortages or facility concerns
