Responsibilities

• Restock supplies in restrooms and common areas.
• Use cleaning equipment safely and efficiently.
• Report maintenance issues or safety hazards to supervisors.

Job Summary:

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Commercial Cleaner to maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards at one of our locations in Milford, OH. The ideal candidate will ensure that workspaces are safe, sanitary, and presentable, supporting a clean environment for employees and visitors alike. Prior janitorial or custodial experience is preferred but not required, as training will be provided. Available Shift:

Monday-Friday 6:00pm - 10:00pm (That's right, no weekends!)

Duties:

• Perform thorough cleaning of breakrooms, restrooms, hallways, offices, and other designated areas within the commercial building
• Sweep, mop, vacuum, and dust surfaces to maintain cleanliness standards
• Disinfect high-touch surfaces and sanitize restrooms regularly
• Empty trash receptacles and replace liners as needed
• Restock supplies such as paper towels, soap, and toilet paper in restrooms and common areas
• Use cleaning equipment and supplies safely and efficiently
• Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to supervisors promptly
• Follow established cleaning protocols and safety procedures to ensure a safe working environment

Skills:

• Proven experience in cleaning or janitorial services is preferred; custodial experience is a plus
• Strong attention to detail with the ability to perform thorough cleaning tasks efficiently
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
• Good time management skills to complete assigned duties within scheduled shifts
• Physical stamina to perform repetitive cleaning tasks, including standing, bending, lifting, and reaching
• Knowledge of proper use of cleaning chemicals and equipment is desirable but not mandatory; training will be provided
• Reliable work ethic with a commitment to maintaining high cleanliness standards

• Coordinate and communicate effectively with others
• Push or pull up to 20 pounds
• Stand for up to 8 hours
• 18 years of age or older
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
