Job Duties:

• Keep thebuilding impeccably clean, vacuum and mop floors, wash windows, empty trash, and perform other maintenance and cleaning duties as needed.
• Use of various cleaning materials, solvents, or chemicals to thoroughly clean and/or disinfect varioussurfaces.
• Maintaining and organization of daily supplies
• Communicating with direct supervisor regarding all issues
• Perform all work in accordance with company’s quality, environmental and regulatory procedures, and guidelines.
• Prompt reporting of any abnormalities to management
• Will perform other duties as assigned by management.
• May be required to work overtime to perform emergency repairs and cleaning after-hours, on weekends and holidays as needed.

Pay & Shift:

• Full-time with evening availability
• $15.00/HR
• *Overtime sometimes available*

Requirements:

• Physically able to work in various positions
• Ability toliftupto 50lbs without assistance
• Withstand long periods of sitting, standing, and repetitive motion
• Capable of routinely walking up and down stairs
• Excellent communication skills required (capable of reporting issues to direct supervisor and/or communicating with various team members)
• Ability to reliably work unsupervised
• Driver’s license and reliable transportation to and from the worksite is required
