Job summary

Clean Team, Inc. is seeking a dedicated Commercial Cleaner to maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards at our medical location in Paducah, KY. The role focuses on safe, sanitary environments for staff and visitors, with training provided if you have prior custodial experience.

Shift is Monday–Friday, 5:00pm–9:00pm. You will clean exam rooms, restrooms, waiting areas and hallways, restock supplies, and report safety issues to supervisors.

Qualifications

• Experience in cleaning or janitorial services preferred.

Responsibilities

• Clean exam rooms, restrooms, waiting rooms, hallways, and other areas within the commercial building.
• Sweep, mop, vacuum, and dust surfaces to maintain cleanliness standards.
• Disinfect high-touch surfaces and sanitize restrooms regularly.
• Empty trash and replace liners as needed.
• Restock supplies in restrooms and common areas.
• Use cleaning equipment safely and efficiently.
• Report maintenance issues or safety hazards to supervisors promptly.
• Follow established cleaning protocols and safety procedures to ensure a safe working environment.

Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Commercial Cleaner to maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards at one of our medical locations in Paducah. The ideal candidate will ensure that workspaces are safe, sanitary, and presentable, supporting a clean environment for employees and visitors alike. Prior janitorial or custodial experience is preferred but not required, as training will be provided. Available Shift

Monday-Friday 5:00pm - 9:00pm

Duties

• Perform thorough cleaning of exam rooms, restrooms, waiting rooms, hallways, and other designated areas within the commercial building


• Sweep, mop, vacuum, and dust surfaces to maintain cleanliness standards


• Disinfect high-touch surfaces and sanitize restrooms regularly


• Empty trash receptacles and replace liners as needed


• Restock supplies such as paper towels, soap, and toilet paper in restrooms and common areas


• Use cleaning equipment and supplies safely and efficiently


• Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to supervisors promptly


• Follow established cleaning protocols and safety procedures to ensure a safe working environment

Skills

• Proven experience in cleaning or janitorial services is preferred; custodial experience is a plus


• Strong attention to detail with the ability to perform thorough cleaning tasks efficiently


• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision


• Good time management skills to complete assigned duties within scheduled shifts


• Physical stamina to perform repetitive cleaning tasks, including standing, bending, lifting, and reaching


• Knowledge of proper use of cleaning chemicals and equipment is desirable but not mandatory; training will be provided


• Reliable work ethic with a commitment to maintaining high cleanliness standards

Qualifications

• Punctual and reliable attendance record.


• Coordinate and communicate effectively with others.


• Push or pull up to 20 pounds.


• Stand for up to 8 hours.


• 18 years of age or older


• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
