Job summary

Clean Team, Inc. in Benton, KY is seeking a dedicated Commercial Cleaner to maintain clean, safe, and presentable spaces at one of our medical locations. Prior janitorial experience is preferred but not required; training will be provided.

Shifts are Monday–Friday, 5:00pm–9:00pm. You will clean exam rooms, restrooms, waiting areas, and common spaces, restock supplies, and report maintenance issues promptly. A reliable driver’s license and transportation are required.

Qualifications

• Proven cleaning or janitorial experience preferred but not required; training provided.
• Strong attention to detail for thorough cleaning.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Good time management to complete duties within shifts.
• Physical stamina for repetitive cleaning tasks (standing, bending, lifting).
• Knowledge of cleaning chemicals and equipment is desirable; training will be provided.

The ideal candidate will ensure that workspaces are safe, sanitary, and presentable, supporting a clean environment for employees and visitors alike. Prior janitorial or custodial experience is preferred but not required, as training will be provided. Monday-Friday 5:00pm - 9:00pm

Duties

• Perform thorough cleaning of exam rooms, restrooms, waiting rooms, hallways, and other designated areas within the commercial building
• Sweep, mop, vacuum, and dust surfaces to maintain cleanliness standards
• Disinfect high-touch surfaces and sanitize restrooms regularly
• Empty trash receptacles and replace liners as needed
• Restock supplies such as paper towels, soap, and toilet paper in restrooms and common areas
• Use cleaning equipment and supplies safely and efficiently
• Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to supervisors promptly
• Follow established cleaning protocols and safety procedures to ensure a safe working environment

Skills

• Proven experience in cleaning or janitorial services is preferred; custodial experience is a plus
• Strong attention to detail with the ability to perform thorough cleaning tasks efficiently
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
• Good time management skills to complete assigned duties within scheduled shifts

Qualifications

• Coordinate and communicate effectively with others.
• Push or pull up to 20 pounds.
• Stand for up to 8 hours.
• 18 years of age or older
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
