Job summary

Clean Team in Cincinnati, OH is seeking a Commercial Cleaner to maintain sanitary areas at a medical location downtown. This role focuses on safe, presentable spaces for staff and visitors.

Evening shift Monday to Friday 6:00pm–7:45pm with no weekends. Training provided to ensure high standards of cleanliness and safety in a professional environment.

Qualifications

• Proven cleaning or janitorial experience is preferred; training provided.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to complete tasks efficiently.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Good time management to complete duties within shifts.
• Physical stamina for repetitive cleaning tasks including standing and lifting.
• Knowledge of cleaning chemicals/equipment desirable but not required.
• Reliable work ethic with high cleanliness standards.

Responsibilities

Job Summary:
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Commercial Cleaner to maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards at one of our medical locations in downtown Cincinnati, OH. The ideal candidate will ensure that workspaces are safe, sanitary, and presentable, supporting a clean environment for employees and visitors alike. Prior janitorial or custodial experience is preferred but not required, as training will be provided. This role offers an opportunity to be part of a professional cleaning team committed to excellence.

Available Shift:

Monday-Friday 6:00pm - 7:45pm (NO WEEKENDS!!!)

Duties:

• Perform thorough cleaning of restrooms, hallways, and other designated areas within the commercial building
• Sweep, mop, vacuum, and dust surfaces to maintain cleanliness standards
• Disinfect high-touch surfaces and sanitize restrooms regularly
• Empty trash receptacles and replace liners as needed
• Restock supplies such as paper towels, soap, and toilet paper in restrooms and common areas
• Use cleaning equipment and supplies safely and efficiently
• Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to supervisors promptly
• Follow established cleaning protocols and safety procedures to ensure a safe working environment

Skills:

• Proven experience in cleaning or janitorial services is preferred; custodial experience is a plus
• Strong attention to detail with the ability to perform thorough cleaning tasks efficiently
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
• Good time management skills to complete assigned duties within scheduled shifts
• Physical stamina to perform repetitive cleaning tasks, including standing, bending, lifting, and reaching
• Knowledge of proper use of cleaning chemicals and equipment is desirable but not mandatory; training will be provided
• Reliable work ethic with a commitment to maintaining high cleanliness standards

Qualifications:

• Punctual and reliable attendance record.
• Coordinate and communicate effectively with others.
• Push or pull up to 20 pounds.
• Stand for up to 8 hours.
• 18 years of age or older
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
