Job summary

A leading HVAC services provider in Sarasota, FL is seeking experienced Commercial HVAC Chiller Technicians. Responsibilities include diagnostics, service, and repairs on commercial chillers, along with preventive maintenance and effective communication with teams. Qualifications

• Must be able to regularly lift and/or move up to 50 pounds.

As we continue to grow, we are looking for experienced and dedicated Commercial HVAC Chiller Technicians to join our team of professionals.

Responsibilities

• Perform diagnostics, service, and repairs on commercial chillers (centrifugal, screw, scroll, and reciprocating).
• Troubleshoot and repair related HVAC components, including pumps, cooling towers, control systems, and motors.
• Conduct routine inspections and preventive maintenance.
• Accurately document work performed, parts used, and system status.
• Communicate effectively with dispatchers, project managers, and customers.
• Follow all safety policies, procedures, and standards.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3–5 years of experience with commercial HVAC systems, specifically chiller systems.
• EPA Universal Certification required.
• Valid Driver’s License with a clean driving record
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints, wiring diagrams, and technical manuals
• Strong troubleshooting and mechanical skills
• Familiarity with BMS and control systems is a plus.
• Must be able to regularly lift and /or move up to 50 pounds, frequently lift and/or move up to 25 pounds and occasionally lift and/or move more than 100 pounds.
