Job summary

Skillforce is seeking a Chiller Technician to join our team in Orlando and Tampa, FL. This full-time, direct-hire role offers $45-$55 per hour based on experience, with heavy overtime in summer and guaranteed 40 hours in winter.

You will install, maintain, and repair large chillers, inspect components, and support project coordination. Ideal candidates have 10+ years in commercial/industrial HVAC, hands-on chillers experience (500+ ton air-cooled; 1000+ ton water-cooled preferred), EPA

Qualifications

• 10+ years of dedicated commercial/industrial HVAC service.
• Hands-on experience with large-scale chillers (500+ ton air-cooled, 1000+ ton water-cooled preferred).
• Factory certifications strongly valued (Daikin, Trane, York, Carrier, etc.).
• Experience across healthcare, data centers, manufacturing, hospitality, property management, and government clients.
• Must hold a valid EPA certification.
• Able to complete pre-employment screening.

Responsibilities

We are currently looking for Chiller Technicians to join our team in Orlando and Tampa, FL. This is a full-time, direct hire position with one of the largest mechanical contractors in the US.

Job Details:

Work Schedule: Heavy overtime in summer months with guaranteed 40 hours in winter months
