• 3+ years of commercial ceiling sales experience.
• Strong communication with customers, teams, and internal personnel.
• Degree in Construction Management or related field, or equivalent experience.

Responsibilities

• Review project scope requirements to identify risks and clarify expectations with stakeholders.
• Develop accurate project cost estimates for pricing decisions and profitability management.
• Ensure bid proposals are precise and align with profit goals.
• Accurately estimate and manage ceiling projects from pre-start to closeout.
• Complete material take-offs, place material orders, and manage delivery and punch lists.
