Franjo Construction Corporation in Pittsburgh is seeking a Commercial Carpenter to support commercial construction projects in the Northview Heights area. The role involves maintenance, repairs, applications, and installations including framework, doors, windows, trim, and the installation of wood and steel joists, under the supervision of the foreman or superintendent.

Qualifications

• Completion of apprentice/vocational program or equivalent training.
• Experience with framing, drywall, and finish carpentry is a plus.
• Ability to follow supervisor directions and safety procedures.

Responsabilités

• Operate woodworking equipment and hand tools.
• Hang drywall and metal studs and perform light GWB finishing.
• Install doors and hardware; perform window/door repairs.
• Build interior partitions under foreman/superintendent direction.
• Demolish, load/unload materials, and assist with jobsite logistics.
• Safely erect scaffolding and perform finish carpentry (molding, trim, casework).
• Install ACT grid, tile, and related trims.
• Maintain production quantities per project schedule.
• Keep site clean and organized; ensure tool/equipment safety.
