Job summary

Bilbrey Construction Inc. is hiring a commercial construction carpenter to maintain a safe, organized job site and work efficiently with the superintendent. Responsibilities include framing walls, installing drywall, erecting scaffolding, and following safe demolition procedures.

Qualifications

• Requires HS diploma or GED.
• 2-3 years construction experience.
• Follow safety policies and be part of a productive team.
• Basic knowledge of drawings and specifications.
• Knowledge of construction methods including framing, drywall, demolition, scaffolding, concrete, and roofing.

Responsibilities

• Frame wood and metal walls.
• Install and finish drywall.
• Erect scaffolding and follow safety procedures.
• Assist with demolition as needed.
• Read and interpret drawings and specs.
• Use carpentry tools to install doors and hardware.
