Job summary

Oklahoma Fidelity Bank in Oklahoma City, OK seeks a Commercial Card Solutions Manager to lead client reviews, onboarding, and card product implementation. The role requires at least 3 years in financial services, strong project/account management, and travel flexibility. Bachelor’s in business preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business or related field, or equivalent experience.
• At least 3 years in financial services with implementation, project or account management.
• Familiarity with payment systems and basic accounting concepts.
• Ability to travel and work late or flexible hours.

Responsibilities

• Conduct annual in-person and virtual commercial card reviews and product demos.
• Lead onboarding and implementation for business/commercial card products, gather requirements, develop solutions, and train clients.
• Collaborate with Lending, Treasury, Business 360, and other teams to identify client needs.
• Ensure card services are processed accurately, securely, and per policies including documentation.
• Partner with internal departments and coordinate resources to meet client objectives and experience.
• Identify new card opportunities with sales officers in KS and OK and educate suppliers in virtual card payments.
• Provide product support for commercial cards, ACH, wires, sweep accounts, remote deposit, positive pay, and online banking.
