A leading healthcare provider is looking for a Pricing Solutions Analyst to support and enhance pricing solutions and analytics in their operations. The role requires strong SaaS system administration skills, along with expertise in BI tools like MicroStrategy and SQL to drive data-driven decision-making. Candidates should possess a Bachelor's degree in a related field and have at least four years of experience in system administration to ensure effective management of pricing solutions.

Responsible for supporting pricing solution and analytics in RevX. Responsibilities include but not limited to troubleshoot and potentially fix data and systems issues in the pricing software (PriceFx); monitor and support scheduled data ETL and manual data refresh jobs to ensure that data is refreshed on an ongoing basis from various internal and external data sources; setup and maintain access for RevX; support data extracts and analytics as needed for various business analysis; enhance pricing solution based on changing business needs; act as a liaison between IT, business and 3rd party vendors supporting the solution; design and build out KPIs and analytics pertaining to RevX partnering with cross functional team members as needed; assist in design, development and launch of the pricing optimization solution at Ventura Foods; train users on features and functionalities of the tool; aid in security compliance and upgrades as needed by the organization/vendor; Aid in building an internal resource guide for documentation and training of the tool; communicate upgrades, issues, outages, and critical business messages to the various cross-functional stakeholders; Act as the initial POC for the Product Management team; aid in the role out of customers onto the RevX platform helping to improve internal process and remove roadblocks as they arise.
