• Valid driver's license and ability to lift 50 lbs.
• SMT preferred / classes started toward SMA.
• CFC Universal License within 90 days of employment.

Responsibilities

• Operate, maintain, troubleshoot, and repair building systems (mechanical, HVAC, electrical, plumbing, fire life safety).
• Perform or oversee preventive maintenance and basic troubleshooting; coordinate with vendors.
• Manage energy use, inspections, and ensure safety compliant operations.
• Support construction management and maintain as-built drawings and plan libraries.
• Conduct regular interior/exterior inspections and manage access control and security.
