The ideal candidate will have HVAC expertise, a high school diploma, and at least 3 years of relevant experience. Qualifications

• 3 - 5 years maintaining equipment and systems in commercial buildings.
• Must possess a CFC Universal certification.
• Must be able to communicate effectively in English.

Responsibilities

• Perform building and systems inspections.
• Complete preventive and corrective maintenance requests.
• Maintain records and provide recommendations regarding building operations.
