Orkin, the industry leader in pest management, seeks a Commercial Branch Manager Trainee (Project Management) to drive growth, lead a high-performance team, and deliver exceptional service at a Houston operation.

You will mentor staff, manage P&L, and shape a customer-focused culture while working with strategic sales and service goals. This role offers training, rewards, and opportunities to advance within a national company.

Qualifications

• 3+ years leadership experience in sales or operations.
• Valid Driver's License.
• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Bachelor Degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead all aspects of a branch upon completion of training.
• Provide leadership and strategic focus through motivation and accountability of sales and service teams.
• Provide inspirational leadership in delivering customer retention results through a motivated team.
• Mentor and develop team members through evaluations, coaching and training opportunities.
• Manage Profit and Loss statements and balance growth with expenses.
• Identify operational deficiencies and implement plans for improvement.
• Recruit, select and train staff to develop talent across sales, service and customer support.
