Job summary

Qualifications

• 3+ years leadership experience in sales or operations.
• Valid Driver's License required.
• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Bachelor Degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead all aspects of a branch upon completion of training.
• Provide leadership and strategic focus through motivation and accountability of sales and service teams.
• Drive customer retention through a motivated team dedicated to service excellence.
• Mentor and develop team members through coaching and training opportunities.
• Manage Profit and Loss statements and invest in growth while balancing expenses.
• Identify operational deficiencies and implement improvement plans.
• Recruit, select, and train sales and customer service staff.
