You will oversee training, process improvement and P&L management while aligning with the industry leader known for protection services. A strong results mindset and team development are essential.

Qualifications

• 3+ years leadership experience in sales or operations.
• Valid Driver’s License.
• High School Diploma or equivalent required.

Responsibilities

• Lead all aspects of a branch upon completion of training.
• Provide leadership and strategic focus through motivation and accountability for daily activities and results.
• Deliver customer retention results through development of a motivated team.
• Mentor and develop team members through evaluations, coaching and training opportunities.
• Manage Profit and Loss statements and invest in growth while balancing expenses.
• Identify operational deficiencies and implement improvement plans.
• Recruit, select and train sales, service and customer service staff.
