• 5+ years leading in commercial truck service and shop industry.
• 2+ years full P&L responsibility.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Strong analytical and business insight for profitability.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and manage branch operations for efficiency and growth.
• Develop and implement teamwork and operational strategies.
• Evaluate and refine branch practices across all lines of business.
• Hire, train, and manage employees; foster development and productivity.
