Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Associate Degree in HVAC, Mechanical Technology, or related field preferred.
• HVAC certification or equivalent training preferred; 2+ years related HVAC experience preferred.
• Valid driver's license with clean driving record.
• Ability to read diagrams and manuals.

Responsibilities

• Perform equipment startups, inspections, maintenance, and repair.
• Support installation verification and equipment commissioning on new boilers.
• Perform preventive maintenance on boilers, burners, pumps, and related equipment.
• Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and control system issues.
• Complete service reports and documentation accurately and timely.
• Provide basic operator training and product demonstrations after startup.
