Job summary

EMCOR Services Mesa Energy is seeking a Boiler Technician in Palm Springs, CA to perform preventive maintenance, troubleshoot, test, and repair boiler controls and related components. The role focuses on ensuring safe and efficient boiler operation across facilities.

The ideal candidate brings a 4-year apprenticeship or technical schooling, 5+ years of commercial A/C experience, and the ability to respond to emergencies. Certification and valid driver’s license are required.

Qualifications

• 4-year apprenticeship or technical schooling completed
• 5+ years of commercial air conditioning experience
• Available for emergency call outs
• Team player able to work with other trades and client staff
• Rule 1415 certified
• EMS experience a plus (Staefa/Siemens)
• Valid driver's license in good standing

Responsibilities

• Maintain daily operations of boilers
• Complete daily checks and maintain operating records
• Perform PM maintenance and repairs to boilers and related equipment
• Conduct monthly testing of all safety devices
• Perform annual tuning and inspections of boilers
• Monitor chemical feeds for boiler systems
• Monitor exhaust/stack emissions
