Job summary

EMCOR Group, Inc. is seeking a skilled HVAC boiler technician to maintain boiler operations and perform maintenance across commercial systems in the Phoenix area. This on-site role requires hands-on troubleshooting, tuning, and safety testing of boilers and related equipment.

The candidate should have a 4-year apprenticeship or technical schooling, 5+ years of commercial A/C experience, and be available for emergency call outs. Valid driver’s license and Rule 1415 certification are required.

Qualifications

• Completion of a 4-year apprenticeship or technical schooling.
• 5+ years of commercial air conditioning experience.
• Available for emergency call outs.
• Team player able to work with other trades and client's staff.
• Rule 1415 certified.
• EMS experience a plus (Staefa/Siemens).
• Valid driver's license in good standing.

Responsibilities

• Maintain daily operations of boilers.
• Complete daily checks and maintain necessary operating records.
• Perform PM maintenance and repairs to boilers and associated equipment.
• Perform monthly testing of all safeties.
• Complete annual tuning and inspections of boilers.
• Monitor chemical feeds for boiler systems.
• Monitor exhaust/stack emissions.
