Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• 7-9 years of experience as a business banker or commercial lender.
• Supervisory experience preferred.
• Licensed Real Estate Agent preferred or Notary License.

Responsabilités

• Achieves individually assigned production/portfolio growth objectives.
• Leads a team of in-market commercial bankers to ensure adoption of sales and credit processes.
• Assists with recruiting, staffing, coaching and development, and team engagement.
• Represents BankUnited in market events and community organizations.
• Coordinates with the Regional Team Leader to meet sales and credit objectives.
• Structures credit requests and presents loans to Underwriting and senior management.
• Coaches team members and develops action plans; documents actions in personnel files.
• Ensures use of contact management and sales tracking systems.
• Develops ongoing tactics to achieve goals and client satisfaction.
• Monitors attendance and expenses of employees.
• Promotes BankUnited in the community and supports campaigns.
• Reviews and approves rates and fees as needed; overrules rates and fees.
• Adheres to laws and bank policies and reports suspicious activity.
