Responsibilities

• Supports loan administration processes including appraisal, credit, UCC reports, and post-close follow-up.
• Supports deposit administration with new accounts, NSFs, overdrafts, and wire transfers after authentication.
• Performs administrative duties: typing, filing, scheduling, correspondence, and workload management.
• Reviews monthly reports to clear loan and deposit exceptions and manages CRM contacts and reporting.
• Prepares management reports for sales meetings and distributes monthly packages.
