Role Description The Commercial Banking Relationship Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Peoria, IL. This role is responsible for managing and growing a portfolio of commercial banking clients by building strong relationships, understanding their business needs, and delivering tailored financial solutions. Day-to-day tasks include conducting client meetings, analyzing financial information, recommending credit and cash management products, and coordinating with internal partners to ensure high-quality service. The Relationship Manager will monitor account performance, identify opportunities for cross-selling financial services, and assist clients with complex banking transactions. The role also involves maintaining compliance with PNC policies and regulatory requirements, preparing proposals and presentations, and supporting business development efforts in the local market.
