Job summary

U.S. Bank is seeking a Commercial Banking Customer Support Specialist to act as the primary daily contact for commercial banking customers. You will maintain and expand relationships, identify products to meet client needs, and work proactively to address issues and compliance concerns.

The role requires a minimum of an Associate's degree (or equivalent) and five or more years in financial services, with strong communication and Microsoft Office skills to support customers and services.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary daily contact between commercial banking customers and U.S. Bank.
• Maintain and expand customer relationships and identify products to meet client needs.
• Proactively identify compliance issues and potential problems to maximize satisfaction.
• Develop working knowledge of assigned accounts through client contact.
