You will be instrumental in driving new business, deepening client relationships, and ensuring the highest level of service delivery. Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute strategic plans to acquire new commercial clients and expand existing relationships within the assigned portfolio.
• Manage a portfolio of commercial loans and other banking products, ensuring profitability and compliance with risk management policies.
• Lead, coach, and mentor a team of banking professionals to achieve performance targets.
• Conduct thorough credit analysis and due diligence on potential and existing clients.
• Build and maintain strong networks within the local business community to identify opportunities.
• Provide expert financial advice and tailored solutions to meet the diverse needs of commercial clients.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, or a related field; MBA or relevant professional qualification is advantageous.
• Minimum of 7 years of experience in commercial banking, corporate lending, or relationship management.
• Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales and profitability targets.
• Strong understanding of credit analysis, risk assessment, and financial statement analysis.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
