Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree in business or related field, or 8–10 years banking experience.
• Proven ability to source, market and originate client relationships for businesses under $2.5M revenues.
• Strong communication, analytical and regulatory compliance skills.
• Ability to read and interpret financial statements and tax returns.

Responsabilidades

• Source, market and originate new client relationships for businesses under $2.5M revenues.
• Identify opportunities for depository and treasury management with Treasury Management Office.
• Interview applicants and collect loan application information including financial statements and tax returns.
• Coordinate loan closings and ensure documents are executed correctly.
• Assist portfolio managers in servicing existing business banking relationships.
• Cross-sell bank products with branch managers and lobby staff.
• Represent the bank to the business community and develop prospective client networks.
• Advise clients on credit decisions and ensure compliance with policies.
