Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary day-to-day contact for commercial banking clients.
• Maintain and expand client relationships by delivering excellent service.
• Research and resolve client inquiries and concerns.
• Assist with invoicing questions and account-related requests.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely resolution of client requests.
• Navigate multiple systems and technologies to investigate issues and provide solutions.
• Support customers via email and phone as needed.
