Job summary

Nicolet National Bank is seeking a Commercial Banking Assistant to provide essential administrative support to the commercial banking team in Oshkosh, Wisconsin. The position requires 1–3 years of administrative experience, a High School Diploma, and preferably an Associate Degree in a related field; banking experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years of administrative experience required.
• Experience in bank environment is preferred.
• Associate degree preferred in related field.

Responsibilities

• Assist commercial bankers in closing and funding loans and loan documentation
• Handle inquiries from customers and prospects promptly
• Provide telephone screening and routing of calls, and routine information to clients
• Prepare and type correspondences and reports; manage administrative tasks
• Maintain compliance with laws and Nicolet's policies and procedures
• Contribute to a respectful, inclusive work environment and teamwork
