Qualifications

• Commercial lending or business banking experience within a bank or credit union.
• Strong understanding of C&I lending, commercial credit, and financial analysis.
• Established relationships within Milwaukee or Southeast Wisconsin market preferred.
• Demonstrated ability to develop new business and maintain long-term client relationships.
• Strong communication and relationship-management skills.
• Sound credit judgment and understanding of risk management.
• Bachelor's degree in business, finance, accounting, or a related field preferred.
