Advance Auto Parts is seeking a Commercial Parts Pro to support the advanced functions on the commercial side. You will maintain commercial customer relationships, provide GAS2 selling experience to commercial customers, and help achieve store and personal sales goals while supervising Team Members.

You will collaborate with GM on coaching, manage delivery logistics with drivers, maintain stocking programs, and build a network of second source suppliers in a fast-paced retail environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum high school diploma or GED required.
• ASE certification preferred but not required.
• Strong automotive parts knowledge and POS proficiency.

Responsabilités

• Maintain commercial customer relationships.
• Provide GAS2 selling experience to commercial customers.
• Achieve personal/store sales goals and service objectives.
• Provide day-to-day supervisory support for Team Members.
• Collaborate with GM on coaching and developmental needs.
• Dispatch drivers ensuring delivery standards.
• Maintain commercial stocking programs.
• Build network of second source suppliers.
• Maintain core bank/commercial returns and commercial credit accounts.
• Partner with GM to ensure proper driver coverage.
