Job summary

Advance Auto Parts is seeking a Professional level sales professional to drive profitable growth in the commercial business. You will maintain and expand commercial customer relationships, supervise Team Members, and coordinate with the GM on coaching and development.

Expect to manage deliveries and stocking programs, leveraging GAS2 selling experience to serve commercial customers. The role requires strong knowledge of automotive systems, parts, and sales discipline, with the ability to source

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• ASE certification preferred but not required.
• Minimum of 3 years of automotive parts experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Maintain commercial customer relationships.
• Provide GAS2 selling experience to commercial customers.
• Achieve personal/store sales goals and service objectives.
• Provide day-to-day supervisory support for Team Members.
• Coach and develop Team Members with GM guidance.
• Dispatch drivers to ensure on-time delivery.
• Maintain commercial stocking programs.
• Build a network of second source suppliers.
